This position requires the ability to demonstrate advanced knowledge of the evolving technologies being used in our next-generation development environment, as well as the ability to manage the architecture of these technologies in a manner that achieves their maximum benefits.
Analyze, design, code and test usage record collection, MML, and other types of interfaces between wireless / wireline telephony, paging, internet, and other types of switching equipment, as well as utility smart nets, etc. A Masters degree in Computer Science and significant experience in C, Visual C++, C# and MFC development environments and MS SQL are required.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive related employment history with a major telecommunications OSS developer and will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of wireless, wireline and IP-based switch interfaces and rating and billing processes, as well as of CIBER, TAP, CABS record exchange processing.
Analyze, design, code and test modifications and enhancements to both existing and evolving Windows-based telecommunications and utility billing, customer care, POS and OSS software. Must have 5+ years of solid .Net development experience in a SQL Server environment. Telecom OSS or utility company experience is a plus.
